基于氨溴索联合布地奈德雾化吸入对新生儿肺炎疗效的Meta分析

Effects of ambroxol combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia:A Meta-analysis

目的:旨在对氨溴索联合布地奈德雾化吸入对治疗新生儿肺炎的疗效进行系统评价。方法:计算机检索从建库至2019年9月PubMed、EMbase、Cochrane、中国生物医学文献、中国知网、万方医学网、维普期刊资源网等数据库相关文献信息,收集单用氨溴索雾化吸入与氨溴索联合布地奈德雾化吸入比较治疗新生儿肺炎的所有相关的随机对照试验(RCT)。采用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析,Stata12.0软件评价质量偏倚风险。结果:共纳入16个RCT的2124例患儿。Meta分析结果显示,氨溴索联合布地奈德雾化吸入在缩短患儿的咳嗽消失时间,呼吸困难消失时间,肺部啰音消失时间,住院时间结局指标和提高总有效率方面均优于单用氨溴索雾化吸入,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:氨溴索联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗新生儿肺炎具有显著疗效,且缩短结局指标的时间。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of ambroxol combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia.Methods:The relevant literature informations were searched from the establishment of the database to September 2019 of PubMed,EMbase,Cochrane,CBM,CNKI,Wanfang Med Online and VIP Journal Resource Network.All relevant randomized controlled trials(RCT)comparing ambroxol aerosol inhalation alone with ambroxol combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia were collected.RevMan5.3 software was used for Meta-analysis,and the Stata 12.0 software was used to evaluate the risk of quality bias.Results:A total of 2124 patients from 16 RCT were included.The results of Meta-analysis showed that the ambroxol combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation in reducing cough disappearance time,expiratory dyspnoea disappearance time,dyspnea disappearance time,pulmonary rales disappearance time,length of hospital stay and overall response rate were better than those of ambroxol aerosol inhalation alone(P<0.01).Conclusions:Ambroxol combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia has significant effects,and can shorten the time of outcome indicators.
