儋州市鸭高致病性禽流感免疫效果评估

Evaluation of Immune Effect of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza in Ducks in Danzhou,Hainan

为了解儋州市鸭高致病性禽流感H5和H7亚型二联灭活疫苗的免疫效果,于2020年6月在全市12个乡镇养鸭场(户)采集289份血清,采用血凝和血凝抑制试验(HA-HI)对禽流感H5、H7亚型免疫抗体进行检测。结果显示,2020年6月采集的289份鸭血清样品中,鸭禽流感H5以及H7阳性个体数分别为249、203份,免疫抗体合格率分别为86%、70%,均符合农业农村部要求的免疫抗体水平达到70%的标准。说明H5和H7亚型禽流感二联灭活疫苗的免疫效果较好,有较强的保护力。

In order to understand the immune effect of the subtypes H5 and H7 of highly pathogenic avian influenza in ducks in Danzhou,Hainan,289 serum samples were collected from duck farms(households)in 12 towns of Danzhou in the spring of 2020.The hemagglutination and hemagglutination inhibition tests(HA-HI)were used to detect the immune antibodies of avian influenza subtypes H5 and H7.The results showed that in the 289 duck serum samples collected in the spring of 2020,there are 249 and 203 duck individuals having positive antibody of avian influenza subtypes H5 and H7,respectively,with 86%and 70%of the duck individuals with qualified immune antibodies against the subtypes H5 and H7,respectively,which are in line with the immune antibody level of upto 70%provided for by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Areas.The results showed that the bivalent H5+H7 avian influenza inactivated vaccine has good immune effect and strong protection.
