响应面法优化制备眼树莲总三萜软膏 被引量:2

Optimization of Preparation of Triterpenoid Ointments from Dischidia chinensis by Using Response Surface Methodology

摘要 以眼树莲总三萜为原料,采用Box-Behnken响应面法优化制备眼树莲总三萜软膏,通过考察其理化性质、稳定性以及软膏中总三萜含量确定最优软膏基质的处方。在硬脂酸、丙二醇、月桂氮卓酮的用量及乳化温度单因素实验结果基础上,采用基质的外观形状、涂展性、稠度、离心稳定性进行综合性评分,利用响应面法优化,选取最优的制备工艺。结果表明,最优软膏基质制备处方为乳化温度70℃,硬脂酸26%,丙二醇7%,月桂氮卓酮3%。软膏的综合性评分可达到最优值,为97分,并且分析测得软膏中相应的总三萜含量较高。说明响应面法优化后的眼树莲总三萜软膏制备方法可行性高,为开发制备眼树莲软膏制剂奠定基础。 Triterpenoids were extracted from Dischidia chinensis and used to prepare triterpenoid ointments.The physical and chemical properties and stability of the prepared ointments and the content of triterpenoids in the ointments were determined to optimize a preparation formula for a triterpenoid ointment by using Box-Behnken response surface method.Experiments with single factors:the contents of stearic acid,propylene glycol and laurocapram in the ointments and their emulsification temperature,were designed,and the appearance shape,spreading,consistency and centrifugal stability of the ointment bases were comprehensively evaluated by scoring.An optimal preparation technology was selected for the ointment by using the response surface methodology for optimization.The optimal preparation formula for the ointment base is as follows:emulsification temperature 70°C,stearic acid 26%,propylene glycol 7%and laurocapram 3%.The comprehensive score of the selected ointment can reach the optimal value of 97,and the total triterpenoid content in the selected ointment is high.The optimized preparation method for the triterpenoid ointment is feasible,which lays a foundation for the development and preparation of ointments from D.chinensis.
