广西农业机械化发展现状与对策建议

Development Status and Countermeasures of Agricultural Mechanization in Guangxi

推进农业机械化是发展现代农业的客观要求。通过参照对比全国农业机械化进程,从农业机械化水平、机械总动力、机械装备结构、机械化生产面积、机械购置补贴等方面分析广西近年来农业机械化发展现状,指出广西农业机械化水平较低、宜机化改造落后、农机装备结构不均衡、农机产业基础薄弱、综合服务能力不强等问题,并提出农业机械装备产业转型升级、农业机械产业园区基地建设、农业机械产学研推体系构建、丘陵山区农田宜机化改造、主要农作物生产全程机械化、综合服务能力提升等对策建议。

Promoting agricultural mechanization is the objective requirement of developing modern agriculture.By comparing the process of agricultural mechanization in China,the recent development status of agricultural mechanization in Guangxi is analyzed from the aspects of agricultural mechanization level,total mechanical power,mechanical equipment structure,mechanized producing land area and machinery purchase subsidy.Some problems are pointed out,such as low level of agricultural mechanization,low transformation of land suitable for mechanization,imbalanced structure of agricultural machinery and equipment,poor agricultural machinery industry,weak comprehensive service,etc.Some countermeasures and suggestions are therefore put forward,such as transformation and upgrading of agricultural machinery and equipment industry,construction of agricultural machinery industry park,construction of an industry-university-research institute-extension agency system for the agricultural machinery industry,transformation of farmland suitable for mechanization in hilly and mountainous areas,mechanization of production of main crops,improvement in comprehensive service,etc.
