摘要
作为低碳愿景重要的需求侧支撑,城区空间结构的低碳效益亟须显化为评估指标和准则,系统参考了LEED ND体系并提出相应的解决方案。基于地块布局、基础设施、建筑、交通、配套等与低碳效益的相关性,由LEED ND V4指标筛选、制定单因子测算规则,由设定意向的关联性和必要性拟定适宜性指数综合评估算法,并由此划定各等级分区。对上海市新江湾城开展案例应用,探究其2020年空间结构低碳效益并提出优化措施。该评估架构能为城区空间结构的低碳效益管控提供有效支撑。
Urban spatial structure provides crucial demand-side supports for low-carbon development,the low-carbon benefit of which need exploration and refinement in evaluation.Systematically consulting LEED ND rating system,the paper puts forward an evaluation framework on the low-carbon benefit of urban spatial structure.The evaluating factors were picked out from the original rating system given their correlation to the low-carbon benefit in plot layout,infrastructure,construction,transportation,supporting facilities,etc.,whose scoring methods were subsequently formulated.The comprehensive scoring and grade division integrated with suitability-index modelling was then raised,according to the relevance and necessity of indices as intended in original rating system.Finally,the methods were deployed to a case study of new jiangwancheng,Shanghai,during which the low-carbon benefit of its spatial structure in 2020 was evaluated as the optimization guideline.Such evaluation framework can provide reasonable basis for managing the low-carbon benefit of urban spatial structure.
