风电场噪声问题研究

Study on Wind Farm Noise Problem

风力发电作为全球清洁能源之一,对绿色环保有着重要的意义,是今后发展的重点能源。随着风电从三北地区转向中东南部人口密集区域,风电场噪声问题也浮出水面。研究国内外相关规定,探讨合理的噪声限值,并利用成熟商业软件对风电场噪声避让距离提出建议。

As one of the global clean energy,wind power generation is of great significance to green environmental protection and it is also the key energy for future development.With the wind power moving from the northeast,north,northwest areas to the southeast areas,the big problem of wind farm noise has also appeared.This paper studies the relevant regulations at domestic and abroad,discusses the reasonable noise limit and puts forward some suggestions on the noise avoidance distance of wind farm by using mature commercial software.
