摘要
为解决液氨制氨气装置中液氨运输、储存的安全问题,诸多燃煤发电厂选择尿素热解制氨的技术。尿素热解制氨技术中的控制模式与液氨制氨气技术不同,缺少完善的控制方法。介绍了尿素热解制氨脱硝系统的组成及该系统的控制模式和主要控制回路。
To solve the safety problem in the transport and storage of the device of ammonia production by liquid ammonia,many coal-fired power plants have adopted the technology of ammonia production by urea pyrolysis.As the control mode of the technology of ammonia production by urea pyrolysis is different from that of liquid ammonia,and the relevant perfert control method is insufficient.This paper introduces the composition of denitrification system of ammonia production by urea pyrolysis,the control mode and main control circuit of this system.
