摘要 超声造影(contrast-enhanced ultrasound,CEUS)定量分析是指通过特定的数据模型获取肿瘤血流灌注定量参数,对肿瘤进行早期诊断和早期动态评估抗肿瘤治疗的效果。近年来随着CEUS在肿瘤诊疗领域的广泛应用,CEUS定量分析也逐步体现出重要的临床价值。本文全面阐述了CEUS定量分析的理论基础、在肿瘤诊疗中的应用、局限性和未来发展方向。 Quantitative analysis of contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)refers to obtaining quantitative parameters of tumor blood perfusion through specific mathematical models.These parameters can be used for early diagnosis of many tumors,and dynamically evaluating of the efficacy of anti-tumor treatment.In recent years,with the wide application of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the field of tumor diagnosis and treatment,quantitative analysis of contrast-enhanced ultrasound has gradually shown important clinical value.This article comprehensively described the theoretical basis,clinical application,limitations and future development directions of quantitative analysis of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in tumor diagnosis and treatment.
