摘要
3-硝基苄胺是一种重要的医药化工中间体,并且3-硝基苄胺在医药及化工合成领域具有重要的作用。本文以3-硝基溴苄为原料,经取代和还原两步反应得到目标化合物。该合成方法具有操作简单、后处理简便且产物纯度和收率较高的优势,产品收率为82.4%,适合工业化生产。此方法为3-硝基苄胺的合成提供了合成路线,也为进一步相关类似的合成研究奠定基础。
3-nitrobenzylamine is an important pharmaceutical and chemical intermediate, and 3-nitrobenzylamine plays an important role in the field of medicine and chemical synthesis. In this paper, 3-nitrobenzyl bromide is used as the raw material, and the target compound is obtained through a two-step reaction of substitution and reduction. The synthesis method has the advantages of simple operation, simple post-treatment, and high product purity and yield, and the product yield is 60.6 %, which is suitable for industrial production. This method provides a synthetic route for the synthesis of 3-nitrobenzylamine, and also lays a foundation for further related and similar synthetic research.
