Research Progress of Copper Complexes as Inhibitors of Tumor Angiogenesis

铜是人体必需的微量元素之一,参与细胞中多种生物过程。到目前为止,铜配合物作为一种潜在的癌症治疗药物已被广泛研究。它相较于铂类配合物,具有毒副作用小,很少获得耐药性的特点,并且铜配合物在杀灭肿瘤细胞的同时还可以抑制肿瘤血管生成以增强治疗效果。本文主要旨在综述铜配合物在作为肿瘤血管生成抑制剂方面的研究进展。

Copper is one of the essential trace elements of the human body and is involved in a variety of biological processes in cells. So far, copper complexes have been extensively studied as an alternative cancer therapeutic. It is less toxic side effects and rarely acquires drug resistance than platinum complexes, and copper complexes can also inhibit tumor angiogenesis to enhance the therapeutic effect while killing tumor cells. This paper aims to review the research progress of copper complexes as tumor angiogenesis inhibitors.
