摘要
危险废物是指具有腐蚀性、毒性、易燃性、反应性或者感染性等一种或者多种危险特性的固体或液体废物。工业危废是危废的主要来源,而危废盐在工业危废中又占有较大比例。危废盐处置问题亟待解决。热解法工艺是在高温下将废盐里包含的多种有害有机物分解成气体,达到去除杂质的效果,是处置固体危废盐的有效方法。本文针对废盐热解工艺设计了热解回转窑炉,包括窑炉的总体结构以及配套装置,以达到危废盐热解工艺要求。最后实验验证,回转窑热解后的危废盐经理化分析显示其成分指标达到设计要求,证明窑炉设计完全满足工艺需要。
Hazardous waste is solid or liquid waste, which have one or more hazardous properties,such as corrosive, toxic, inflammable, reactive or infectious. Industrial hazardous waste is the main source of hazardous waste, and hazardous waste salt accounts for a large proportion of industrial hazardous waste. Pyrolysis process is an effective method to purify solid hazardous waste salt. Pyrolysis process remove various harmful organic matter contained in waste salt by means of decompose organic matter into gas at high temperature. According to the processing requirements of hazardous waste salt, pyrolysis temperature, pyrolysis time, waste salt capacity and other parameters, This paper design the rotary kiln structure and auxiliary system. The experimental results show that the design satisfies the technological requirement. The chemical analysis of hazardous waste salt from rotary kiln shows that the component meets the design requirements.
