摘要 研究了在十二烷基三甲基溴化铵(DTAB)/十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)复配体系下,以双硫腙分光光度法测定微量Cd(Ⅱ)的方法。实验结果表明,在氢氧化钠强碱性介质中,复配体系摩尔比n(DTAB)︰n(SDBS)=15︰1时,Cd(Ⅱ)与双硫腙可形成溶于水的红色配合物,增敏、增溶作用效果明显,最大吸收波长为λ;=546 nm,Cd(Ⅱ)浓度在0~0.8μg·mL;范围内线性回归方程为A=0.6064c+0.0005,相关系数r=0.9993,表观摩尔吸光系数ε;=6.82×10;L·moL;·cm;。方法重复性好,灵敏度高,选择性好,应用于水样中Cd(Ⅱ)的测定,其加标回收率为95.32%~97.58%,结果满意。 The determination of trace Cd(Ⅱ) was investigated by dithizone spectrophotometry and in the presence of mixed system of dodecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (DTAB) and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS).In the medium of sodium hydroxide strongly alkaline,when the molar ratio of DTAB to SDBS was 15︰1,the mixed system was improved significantly in absorbance and solubilization,Cd(Ⅱ) and dithizone can form a red complex that was soluble in water,its maximum absorption at 546 nm.A good linearity was achieved for Cd(Ⅱ) over the range of 0~0.8μg·mL;with a correlation coefficient of 0.9993,and the linear regression equation for A=0.6064c+0.0005,its apparent molar absorptivity isε;=6.82×10;L·moL;·cm;.The proposed method can be successfully applied to the determination of the content of Cd(Ⅱ) in water samples with good repeatability,high sensitivity,and better selectivity.The recoveries ranged from 95.32% to 97.58%,and the result was satisfactory.
