摘要
以上海市7494家高新技术企业为样本,探索外向型开放式创新对企业创新绩效的影响以及动态能力在其中的作用。研究发现:外向型开放式创新对企业创新绩效有正向影响,吸收能力在外向型开放式创新与企业创新绩效之间起部分中介作用,创造能力在外向型开放式创新与吸收能力的关系中起正向调节作用,整合能力在吸收能力与企业创新绩效的关系中起正向调节作用,创造能力正向调节吸收能力在外向型开放式创新与企业创新绩效之间的中介作用。研究结论丰富和拓展了外向型开放式创新和动态能力领域的研究成果,为企业通过外向型开放式创新提升创新绩效提供理论指导。
This paper takes 7494 Shanghai high-tech enterprises as samples,explores the impact of outbound open innovation on enterprise innovation performance and the role of dynamic capability in the relationship between them.The results show that outbound open innovation has a positive impact on the enterprise innovation performance;absorptive capability plays a partial intermediary role between outbound open innovation and innovation performance;creative capability positively moderates the impact of outbound open innovation and absorptive capability,integrative capability positively moderates the impact of absorptive capacity and innovation performance;the creative capability positively moderates the indirect relationship between outbound open innovation and enterprise innovation performance through absorptive capability.The conclusion enriches and expands the research results in the field of outbound open innovation and dynamic capability,and provides theoretical guidance for enterprises to promote innovation performance through outbound open innovation.
