信息不对称医疗信息网站服务行为的演化博弈

为推动医疗网站提供优质信息,便利群众了解医疗信息,保障患者利益,基于博弈理论建立了医疗信息网站与患者之间的演化博弈模型,用稳定性理论对在信息不对称条件下得到的动态复制方程进行分析。在上述模型的基础上考虑了引入竞争对手、政府、患者教育、有偿信息服务四种策略研究演化路径。理论分析和仿真实验均表明系统存在两个长期稳定策略,引入的策略中前三种均有助于提高医疗信息网站提供优质信息,第四种策略则不然。应尽快构建关于网站医疗信息反馈的患者沟通平台;加大政府对医疗信息网站的监督和惩罚力度。

In order to promote the medical website to provide high-quality information,so as to facilitate the public to get medical information and protect the interests of patients,an evolutionary game model between medical information website and patients is established based on the game theory.The dynamic replication equation obtained under the condition of information asymmetry is analyzed by the stability theory.On the basis of the above model,the evolutionary path for introducing competitors,government,patient education and paid information service is considered.Both theoretical analysis and simulation experiments show that there are two long-term stability strategies for the system.The first three strategies introduced are helpful for improving the quality of medical information websites services,while the fourth strategy is not.It is necessary to build a patient communication platform about website medical information feedback as soon as possible,and strengthen the government’s supervision and punishment of medical information website.
