探讨枳壳甘草汤联合椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出对患者腰椎功能及生化指标的影响

The Effect of Zhike Gancao Decoction Combined with Percutaneous Endoscopic LumbarDiscectomy in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation on Lumbar Functionand Biochemical Indexes

目的:探讨枳壳甘草汤联合椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出对患者腰椎功能及生化指标的影响。方法:选取2016年6月~2020年1月期间某院收治的134例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组各67例,对照组患者行经皮椎间孔镜腰椎间盘切除术并于术后进行常规治疗,研究组在对照组患者的基础上口服枳壳甘草汤。比较两组患者腰椎手术节段的相关指标,评估并比较两组患者手术前后腰腿疼痛情况及腰椎功能。结果:术后1年对照组患者椎间隙高度较术前升高,且显著高于研究组(P<0.05)。两组患者术后3个月VAS评分、ODI指数均较术前显著下降,且术后3个月时研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。与术前相比,术后3个月两组患者血清中MDA、TNF-α、IL-6水平均显著下降,且研究组各指标水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);与术前相比,术后3个月研究组患者血清中SOD水平显著升高,且显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:枳壳甘草汤联合椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出可更好地控制患者疼痛及炎症进展,调节生化指标,改善患者腰椎功能,促进患者康复。

Objective:To discuss the effect of the Zhike Gancao decoction with percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation on lumbar function and biochemical indexes.Methods:134 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to a hospital from June 2016 to January 2020 were selected and divided into the study group and the control group by random number table method,with 67 cases in each group;The control group was given percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy and routine postoperative treatment,and the study group was given Zhike Gancao decoction on the basis of the control group.The relevant indexes of lumbar surgical segments in the two groups of patients were compared;The waist and leg pain and lumbar function before and after treatment in the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results:One year after operation,the intervertebral height in the control group was increased,and was significantly higher than that in the study group(P<0.05).The VAS score and ODI index were significantly decreased in the two patients at 3 months after operation,and the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before operation,the serum MDA,TNF-α,IL-6 levels were significantly decreased in the two groups at 3 months after operation,and the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before operation,the serum SOD level in the study group was significantly increased,and was significantly higher than that in the control group at 3 months after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Zhike Gancao decoction combined with percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation can better control the progress of pain and inflammation,regulate biochemical indexes,improve the lumbar function,and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
