观察盐酸米诺环素软膏联合替硝唑对慢性根尖周炎患者牙周情况及炎症的改善效果

The Improvement Effect of Minocycline Hydrochloride Ointment Combined with Tinidazoleon Periodontal Condition and Inflammation in Patients with ChronicPeriapical Periodontitis

目的:观察盐酸米诺环素软膏联合替硝唑对慢性根尖周炎患者牙周情况及炎症的改善效果。方法:以某院收治的124例慢性根尖周炎患者为研究对象,将研究对象进行随机分组,分为对照组和研究组各62例,对照组患者给予盐酸米诺环素软膏,研究组在对照组的基础上联合替硝唑进行治疗。观察并比较两组患者治疗前后牙周情况,检测并比较两组患者炎症因子水平。结果:研究组治疗后总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者PLI、MD、GI、PD水平均显著下降,且治疗后研究组患者上述指标水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.01);与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者血清中IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α水平均显著下降,且研究组上述指标水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:盐酸米诺环素软膏联合替硝唑可更为显著的抑制慢性根尖周炎患者炎症进展,改善患者牙周微生态环境,提高患者治疗后的临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the effect of minocycline hydrochloride ointment combined with tinidazole on periodontal condition and inflammation in patients with chronic periapical periodontitis.Methods:The research object was 124 patients with chronic periapical periodontitis,they were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 62 cases in each group.The control group was treated with minocycline hydrochloride ointment,and on the basis of the control group,the study group was treated with tinidazole.The periodontal conditions before and after treatment of two groups were observed and compared,and the levels of inflammatory factors of two groups were detected and compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the PLI,MD,GI,and PD levels of the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment,and the above indexes levels of the patients in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.01).Compared with before treatment,the serum IL-6,IL-1β,and TNF-αlevels of the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment,and the above levels in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Minocycline hydrochloride ointment combined with tinidazole can significantly inhibit the inflammatory progression of chronic periapical periodontitis patients,improve the periodontal microecological environment and improve the clinical efficacy of patients after treatment,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
