沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合卡维地洛治疗难治性心力衰竭的疗效观察

Observation of the Efficacy of Sarbactevalsartan Combined with Carvedilolin the Treatment of Refractory Heart Failure

目的:研究在难治性心力衰竭的治疗中,应用沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合卡维地洛的效果。方法:随机抽取2018年6月~2019年6月难治性心力衰竭患者124例,应用随机数字表法,分为对照组和观察组各62例,对照组采用卡维地洛,观察组联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦,比较两组治疗效果、心功能指标水平以及治疗期间的不良反应情况。结果:治疗总有效率方面,观察组为93.55%,对照组为74.19%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组心功能相比,治疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组左心室收缩末内径(35.54±1.22)mm、左心室舒张末内径(45.43±2.17)mm,分别低于对照组的(44.48±2.06)mm、(51.93±4.32)mm,左心室射血分数(51.22±4.34)%高于对照组的(44.60±3.11)%,均有显著差异(P<0.05);不良反应发生率方面,观察组为12.90%,对照组为9.68%,两组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在难治性心力衰竭的治疗中,采用沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合卡维地洛的治疗方案,治疗效果可得到提升,心功能指标得到改善,同时不会明显增加不良反应,总体疗效理想。

Objective:To study the effect of sacubatrovalsartan combined with carvedilol in the treatment of refractory heart failure.Methods:124 patients with refractory heart failure from June 2018 to June 2019 were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 62 cases in each group.The control group was treated with carvedilol,and the observation group was combined with sacubatrovalsartan.The therapeutic effect,cardiac function index levels and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:In terms of the total effective rate,the observation group was 93.55%,the control group was 74.19%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in cardiac function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),after treatment,the left ventricular end systolic diameter(35.54±1.22)mm and left ventricular end diastolic diameter(45.43±2.17)mm in the observation group were lower than those in the control group[(44.48±2.06)mm,(51.93±4.32)mm],respectively.The left ventricular ejection fraction in the observation gorup was(51.22±4.34)%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(44.60±3.11)%(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 12.90%,which was higher than 9.68%in the control group,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of refractory heart failure,the treatment scheme of sacubatrovalsartan combined with cavedilol can improve the treatment effect,which can improve the cardiac function indexes,and not significantly increase the adverse effects.The overall curative effect is very ideal.
