顺铂联合氟尿嘧啶治疗子宫颈癌的有效性分析

Efficacy of Cisplatin Combined with Fluorouracil in the Treatment of Cervical Cancer

目的:分析顺铂联合氟尿嘧啶治疗子宫颈癌的有效性。方法:选取某院2018年4月~2020年4月收治的82例子宫颈癌患者,将其随机等分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用单纯放疗,观察组采用同步放化疗治疗,放疗方案同对照组,28d为1疗程,均连续治疗2疗程。利用WHO实体瘤疗效评定标准评价治疗效果;利用抑郁自评量表(SDS)以及焦虑自评量表(SAS),评估两组患者焦虑和抑郁程度;利用WHO抗癌药物毒性评价标准对两组患者胃肠道毒副作用进项评价。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为65.8%,显著高于对照组的56.1%(P<0.05)。两组治疗前的SDS评分、SAS评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组经治疗后的SDS评分、SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组胃肠道毒性作用轻于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:顺铂联合氟尿嘧啶同步放化疗可有效治疗子宫颈癌患者,患者焦虑抑郁程度得到明显改善,胃肠道毒副作用较轻,治疗安全性较高,可提高患者预后质量,帮助患者取得理想的治疗及预后效果。

Objective:To analyze the efficacy of cisplatin combined with fluorouracil in the treatment of cervical cancer.Methods:82 cases of cervical cancer patients in a hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with radiotherapy alone,and the observation group was treated with concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy.The radiotherapy scheme was the same as that of the control group,28 days was a course of treatment,and both groups were treated for 2 courses continuously.The curative effect of the patients was evaluated according to assessment criteria for WHO solid tumors.The degree of anxiety and depression in the 2 groups was assessed using the Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS).The side effects of gastrointestinal tract were evaluated according to WHO anticarcinogen toxicity evaluation standard.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 65.8%,which was higher than 56.1%of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in SDS score and SAS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).SDS score and SAS score of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The gastrointestinal toxicity of observation group was lighter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cisplatin combined with fluorouracil concurrent chemoradiotherapy is effective in the treatment of cervical cancer patients,which can significantly improve the degree of anxiety and depression of patients,with lighter gastrointestinal side effects and higher treatment safety,and can improve the quality of prognosis of patients,and help patients to achieve ideal treatment and prognosis effects.
