定期巡诊与农村医疗服务水平提升的经验启示

Regular Visit and the Enlightenment for the Improvement of Rural Medical Service Level

基层医疗服务是重要的民生问题。在实地调研中发现,农村医疗服务供给存在乡镇卫生院服务能力弱化、村医老化及后备人才断层、农村医疗服务点减少等问题。针对农村医疗服务供给面临的问题,淄博市探索开展定期巡诊模式,既满足了农民的基本医疗卫生服务需求,也有助于提高乡镇卫生院及上级医疗机构医疗资源的利用效率。为了使该模式更好地发挥作用,本文基于淄博的经验,从定期巡诊模式的推广、乡镇卫生院服务能力提升、巡诊队伍建设和医院帮扶组建设四个方面提出了建议。

Primary medical service is an important livelihood issue.In the field investigation,we found the problems like medical service provided in rural area growing weak from the service capability of township health center,aging of village doctors and fault of reserve talents,and reduction of rural medical service points.Aiming to deal with these problems,Zibo has innovated the regular visit mode,it is not only good to provide medical service to meet the needs of villagers,but also good to make the resources in rural medical service centers or superior medical institutions more effectively used.In order to make the mode work better,based on the experience of Zibo,our suggestions were put forward from four aspects:the promotion of regular visit mode,the improvement of service capacity of township health centers,the construction of visit team and the construction of hospital assistance team.
