双源CT冠状动脉成像在老年冠心病临床诊断中的应用分析

目的探讨在老年冠心病临床诊断中双源CT冠状动脉成像的应用价值。方法 2019年12月至2020年7月期间,从我院选取140例老年冠心病患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组患者均为70例。对照组行常规冠状动脉造影方法诊断,观察组行双源CT冠脉成像方法诊断。对比2组患者检查结果,冠状动脉分支诊断效果和冠状动脉节段诊断效果。结果观察组的左主干病变、左前降支病变、左回旋支病变及右冠状动脉病变等检查结果均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的冠状动脉分支与冠状动脉节段的诊断准确度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在老年冠心病临床诊断中应用双源CT冠脉成像的临床诊断价值突出显著,可有效明确左主干病变、左前降支病变、左回旋支病变及右冠状动脉病变,同时提升了冠状动脉分支和冠状动脉节段诊断效果,建议临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application of double source CT coronary imaging in the clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease in the elderly. Methods From December 2019 to July 2020, 140 elderly patients with coronary heart disease were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 70 cases in each group. The control group was diagnosed by conventional coronary angiography, and the observation group was diagnosed by dual source CT coronary angiography. The examination results, the diagnosis effect of coronary artery branches and the diagnosis effect of coronary artery segments were compared between the two groups. Results The results of left main artery disease, left anterior descending artery disease, left circumflex artery disease and right coro-nary artery disease in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statis-tically significant(P<0.05). The diagnostic accuracy of coronary artery branches and segments in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease in the elderly, the clinical diagnostic value of dual source CT coronary angiography is prominent, which can effectively identify the left main coronary artery disease, left anterior descending artery disease, left circumflex artery disease and right coronary artery disease, and improve the diagnostic effect of coronary artery branches and coronary artery segments. It is recommended to be popularized in clinical application.
