经胸心脏彩色多普勒超声和常规心电图诊断心脏病的对比分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的对比分析经胸心脏彩色多普勒超声和常规心电图诊断心脏病的临床应用价值。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月本院就诊的88例心脏病患者作为研究对象,均行经胸心脏彩色多普勒超声、常规心电图诊断。对比两种诊断方式的临床诊断价值。结果经胸心脏彩色多普勒超声诊断的左心室增大检出率、左心室肥厚检出率、主动脉弹性减退检出率、主动脉扩张检出率明显高于常规心电图,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);经胸心脏彩色多普勒超声诊断的左室内径、左房内径/主动脉根内径、射血分数、E/A比值明显高于常规心电图,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson分析结果显示,左房内径(r=0.674)、左房内径/主动脉根(r=0.705)、射血分数(r=0.695)、E/A比值(r=0.658)和心脏病发生呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论与常规心电图诊断方式相比,经胸心脏彩色多普勒超声诊断心脏病病变检出率更高,心功能及心脏结构改变更为明显,敏感度更高,临床可依据左室内径、左房内径/主动脉根内径、射血分数、E/A比值情况,对病变程度进行评估,制定实施相应治疗措施。 Objective To compare and analyze the clinical application value of transthoracic color Doppler ultrasonography and conventional electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of heart disease. Methods A total of 88 patients with heart disease treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects.All patients were diagnosed by transthoracic and cardiac color Doppler ultrasound and conventional electrocardiogram.The detection rate, cardiac function, cardiac structure and correlation analysis were compared between the two diagnostic methods. Results The detection rate of left ventricular enlargement, left ventricular hypertrophy, decreased aortic elasticity and aortic dilatation diagnosed by chest and heart color Doppler ultrasound were significantly higher than those diagnosed by conventional electrocardiogram, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The left ventricular diameter, left atrial diameter/aortic root diameter, ejection fraction and E/A ratio diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasonography were significantly higher than those diagnosed by conventional ECG, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Pearson analysis showed that left atrial diameter(r=0.674), left atrial diameter/aortic root(r=0.705), ejection fraction(r=0.695), E/A ratio(r =0.658) were significantly positively correlated with the incidence of heart disease(P<0.05). Conclusion compared with the conventional electrocardiogram diagnosis way, via chest cardiac color doppler ultrasound diagnosis of heart disease lesion detection rate is higher, the structure change of cardiac function and heart is more apparent, higher sensitivity, clinical can be on the basis of left inside diameter,left atrial diameter/aortic root diameter, ejection fraction, E/A ratio, to evaluate degree of pathological changes, formu-late corresponding treatment measures for its implementation.
