随着信息技术和经济的发展,越来越多的企业转变财务管理模式,财务共享服务应运而生。文章探讨了当前企业实施财务共享服务的几种风险,即组织建设风险、人员能力风险、系统构建风险和过程掌控风险,分析引起这四种风险的主要原因,并提出解决对策。

With the development of information technology and economy,more and more enterprises change their financial management mode,and financial sharing service arises at the historic moment.This paper discusses several risks of financial sharing service,including organization construction risk,personnel capacity risk,system construction risk and process control risk,analyzes the main causes of these four risks,and puts forward countermeasures.
