山东省农村养老服务供需困境与优化路径

Supply and Demand Dilemma and Optimization Path of Rural Elderly Care Service in Shandong Province

党的十九届五中全会将积极应对人口老龄化上升为国家战略。2021年10月,习近平总书记对老龄工作作出重要指示,强调贯彻落实积极应对人口老龄化国家战略,加大制度创新、政策供给、财政投入力度,强化基层力量配备,着力推进社保体系、养老服务体系以及健康支撑体系建设。山东省农村人口老龄化问题突出,农村养老服务供需存在矛盾,应通过上述措施进一步优化山东省农村养老服务。

In the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee,the active response to the population aging is treated as a national strategy.In October 2021,General Secretary Xi Jinping gave important instructions for the work of ageing,emphasizing the implementation of the national strategy for actively coping with the aging of the population,increasing institutional innovation,policy supply and financial input,improving and perfecting the work system for the elderly,strengthening the allocation of grass-roots forces,and speeding up the whole social security system,the pension service system and the health support system.The aging situation of rural population in Shandong Province is serious,and there is a contradiction between supply and demand of rural elderly care service.It is necessary to further optimize the rural elderly care service in Shandong Province.
