摘要
天然气取样的目的是气质监测和获得气质组分数据。对长输管道天然气取样方法进行归纳,分析每种方法的特点和应用场合。长输管道天然气取样,存在现有取样位置设置不合理、现有在线色谱仪分析能力不足、间接取样法推广应用不足等问题。随着天然气管网设施全面开放和能量计量推广应用,提出结合工艺情况合理确定取样位置,必要时开展数值模拟确定天然气混合均匀所需的管道距离,并对现有色谱仪进行升级改造,开展间接取样法试点等建议。
The purpose of natural gas sampling is to monitor gas quality and obtain gas composition data.The natural gas sampling methods of long-distance pipeline are summarized,and the characteristics and applicable occasions of each method are analyzed.The existing problems such as unreasonable sampling location,insufficient analysis capacity of on-line chromatograph and insufficient pop⁃ularization and application of indirect sampling methods are analyzed according to the current situation of natural gas sampling in long distance pipeline.With the full opening of natural gas pipeline network facilities and the popularization and application of energy mea⁃surement,some suggestions are proposed to reasonably determine the sampling location in combination with the process conditions,car⁃ry out numerical simulation if necessary to determine the pipeline distance required for uniform natural gas mixing,upgrade the exist⁃ing chromatograph and carry out the pilot of indirect sampling methods.
