摘要
大牛地气田是典型的"三低"气藏,水平井尾管固井完井频次增加。为提高大牛地气田尾管固井质量,实现气井长效密封开发,针对大牛地气田尾管固井顶替效率低、易气窜、水泥环密封完整性要求高等难点,通过优选耐压70 MPa的尾管悬挂器及配套回接装置,优选微膨胀弹韧性防气窜水泥浆体系,优化前置液段长和性能,配套井筒准备措施、不留上塞技术和辅助加压等技术措施,提高固井质量和水泥环密封完整性。本项固井技术在大牛地气田现场应用14口井,其中优质13口,合格1口,固井质量良好,为后续施工提供了有利的保障。
Daniudi gas field is a typical"three low"gas reservoir.The frequency of liner cementing is increased.Aiming at the practical problems of low replacement efficiency of liner cementing,easy gas channeling,and high requirements for sealing integrity of cement ring in Daniudi gas field,cementing quality and sealing integrity of cement ring are improved by using the liner hanger with a pressure resistance of 70 MPa and supporting loopback device,using micro-expansion elastic toughness anti gas channeling cement slurry sys⁃tem,optimizing the slug length and performance of preflush liquid,supporting wellbore preparation measures,and using no upper-slug technology and auxiliary pressurization technology.The cementing technology has been applied to 14 wells in Daniudi gas field,of which 13 wells have high cementing quality and 1 well is qualified.Good cementing quality provides favorable guarantee for subse⁃quent construction.
