2型糖尿病患者血清Ficolin-3 ADAM10水平与颈动脉粥样硬化的关系 被引量:8

The Relationship Between Serum Ficolin-3,ADAM10 Levels and Carotid Atherosclerosis in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

摘要 目的:探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清纤维胶凝蛋白-3(Ficolin-3)、解整合素金属蛋白酶10(ADAM10)水平与颈动脉粥样硬化(CAS)的关系。方法:选取234例T2DM患者为T2DM组,根据是否CAS分为CAS组(n=68)和无CAS组(n=166),另选取同期78名体检健康者为对照组。收集T2DM患者临床资料,酶联吸附法测定所有受试者血清Ficolin-3、ADAM10水平。Pearson相关性分析T2DM患者血清Ficolin-3、ADAM10水平与颈动脉内中膜厚度的相关性。多因素Logistics回归分析血清Ficolin-3、ADAM10水平与T2DM患者CAS的关系,ROC曲线分析二者对T2DM患者CAS的预测价值。结果:与对照组比较,T2DM组血清Ficolin-3、ADAM10水平升高(P<0.05);与非CAS组比较,CAS组血清Ficolin-3、ADAM10水平亦升高(P<0.05)。T2DM患者血清Ficolin-3、ADAM10水平与颈动脉内中膜厚度呈正相关(r=0.576、0.630,P均<0.05)。Ficolin-3(OR=1.196,95%CI:1.104~1.295)、ADAM10(OR=2.896,95%CI:1.497~4.602)是T2DM患者CAS独立影响因素(P<0.05)。Ficolin-3联合ADAM10预测T2DM患者CAS的曲线下面积(AUC)明显大于Ficolin-3、ADAM10预测(P<0.05)。结论:T2DM患者血清Ficolin-3、ADAM10水平升高,为CAS独立危险因素,可作为T2DM患者CAS预测指标。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum Ficolin-3,A disintegrin and metalloproteinase 10(ADAM10)levels and carotid atherosclerosis(CAS)in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:A total of 234 T2DM patients were selected as the T2DM group,and were divided into the CAS group(n=68)and the non-CAS group(n=166)according to whether or not they had CAS.In addition,78 healthy people for physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.The clinical data of T2DM patients were collected,and the serum Ficolin-3 and ADAM10 levels of all subjects were determined by enzyme-linked adsorption method.Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between serum Ficolin-3,ADAM10 levels and carotid artery intima-media thickness in T2DM patients.Multivariate Logistics regression was used to analyze the relationship between serum Ficolin-3,ADAM10 levels and CAS in T2DM patients,and ROC curve was used to analyze their predictive value for CAS in T2DM patients.Results:Compared with the control group,the serum Ficolin-3 and ADAM10 levels in the T2DM group were significantly increased(P<0.05);compared with the non-CAS group,the serum Ficolin-3 and ADAM10 levels in the CAS group were significantly increased(P<0.05).Serum Ficolin-3 and ADAM10 levels in patients with T2DM were positively correlated with carotid artery intima-media thickness(r=0.576,0.630,all P<0.05).Ficolin-3(OR=1.196,95%CI:1.104~1.295)and ADAM10(OR=2.896,95%CI:1.497~4.602)were independent influencing factors of CAS in T2DM patients(P<0.05).Ficolin-3 combined ADAM10 predicts that the area under the curve(AUC)of CAS in T2DM patients is significantly greater than Ficolin-3,ADAM10 prediction(P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum Ficolin-3 and ADAM10 levels in T2DM patients are elevated,which are independent risk factors for CAS and can be used as predictive indicators of CAS in T2DM patients.
