摘要
通过对端部检测机器人在无取向电工钢连续退火涂层机组上的应用,实现了钢卷缺陷的无人值守智能检测、钢卷的尺寸检查和缺陷识别,以及快速向后台工作人员提供检查数据,并与主生产线的数据交互配合,提高了钢卷检测效率和缺陷识别度。端部检测机器人的应用,不仅可提高机组自动化水平,同时可改善操作人员劳动强度,降低操作人员安全风险,有效地控制了企业的生产成本。
Through the application of the end inspection robot in the continuous annealing coating unit of non-oriented electrical steel,the unattended intelligent detection of coil defects,the size inspection and defect identification of steel coil are realized.The inspection data can quickly provide to the background staff,and to cooperate with the data of the main production line,it can improve the efficiency of coil detection and defect recognition.The application of end inspection robot can not only improve the automation level of the unit,but also improve the labor intensity of the operator,reduce the safety risk of the operator,and effectively control the production cost of the enterprise.
