新型非金属光催化剂间苯二酚甲醛树脂对水中Cr(Ⅵ)的还原处理

摘要 间苯二酚甲醛(RF)树脂是一种新型非金属光催化剂,本研究采用扩展的St?ber法制备了间苯二酚甲醛树脂,并对其光催化还原Cr(Ⅵ)的性能进行了探究。考察了不同光照条件、催化剂投加量、pH对还原Cr(Ⅵ)的影响。XRD、XPS、SEM以及FT-IR等结果证明了间苯二酚甲醛(RF)树脂的成功制备。实验结果表明,在较低的催化剂用量(0.1 g/L)、弱酸性条件下,RF可以对Cr(VI)进行高效还原,反应80 min后,Cr(Ⅵ)几乎全部被还原,且循环4次后仍有很高的Cr(Ⅵ)还原效率。机理研究表明,RF具有适当的导带和价带位置,有利于Cr(Ⅵ)的光催化还原。为含Cr(Ⅵ)废水的光催化处理提供了一条新的思路。 Resorcinol formaldehyde(RF) resin is a new type of non-metallic photocatalyst. In this study, the extended St?ber method was used to prepare resorcinol formaldehyde resin and its photocatalytic reduction of Cr(Ⅵ) performance was explored. The effects of different light conditions, catalyst dosage, and pH on the reduction of Cr(Ⅵ) were investigated. The results of XRD, XPS, SEM and FT-IR proved the successful preparation of resorcinol formaldehyde(RF) resin.The experimental results show that under low catalyst dosage(0.1 g/L) and weakly acidic conditions, RF can efficiently reduce Cr(Ⅵ). After 80 minutes of reaction,almost all Cr(Ⅵ) is reduced, and cycle 4 After this time, there is still a high Cr(Ⅵ) reduction efficiency. Mechanism studies have shown that RF has appropriate conduction band and valence band positions, which is conducive to the photocatalytic reduction of Cr(Ⅵ). It provides a new idea for the photocatalytic treatment of wastewater containing Cr(Ⅵ).
