一款猪胸腺提取物的抗氧化及保湿功效探究

猪胸腺提取物提取自幼猪胸腺,具有很高的医疗价值以及美容功效,本文主要探讨由北京修正制药有限公司生产的猪胸腺提取物应用于化妆品中的抗氧化及保湿功效探究,使用羟自由基清除法评价猪胸腺提取物的抗氧化能力,使用测试皮肤水合率和测试经皮水分散失方法评价猪胸腺提取物的保湿能力。结果显示猪胸腺提取物从0.625%浓度起即具有清除羟自由基的能力,7%浓度时具有达81.27%的羟自由基清除率,具有优秀的抗氧化能力;该提取物也可提高皮肤水合率,降低经皮肤水分散失率,具有一定程度的保湿功效。猪胸腺提取物是具有抗氧化以及保湿功效的一款化妆品原料。

Porcine thymus extract extracted from young porcine thymus has high medical value and cosmetic efficacy. This paper mainly discusses the efficacy of porcine thymus extract produced by Beijing Xiuzheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in cosmetics, and uses hydroxyl radical scavenging method to evaluate the antioxidant capacity of porcine thymus extract, The moisturizing ability of porcine thymus extract was evaluated by testing skin hydration rate and transdermal water loss. The results showed that the porcine thymus extract had the ability to scavenge hydroxyl radical from 0.625 %, and the hydroxyl radical scavenging rate was 81.27 % at 7 %;The extract can also improve the skin hydration rate, reduce the water dispersion loss rate through the skin, and has a certain degree of moisturizing effect.
