摘要
针对第三代稀土永磁材料钕铁硼永磁体生产过程中约有30%左右的稀土元素转移到废料中,造成极大浪费的现象,收集整理了近年来有效处理钕铁硼废料、分离回收稀土元素的工艺方法。从回收率、回收纯度和操作工艺等方面对比分析了湿法工艺和火法工艺两类分离提取稀土元素回收工艺。为钕铁硼永磁体废料的回收利用技术未来发展思路提供参考。
In view of the phenomenon that about 30 % rare earth elements are transferred to waste materials in the production process of NdFeB permanent magnet of the third generation rare earth material, which causes a great waste, the process methods of effective treatment of NdFeB waste and separation and recovery of rare earth elements in recent years are collected and sorted out. The recovery of rare earth elements by wet process and fire process were compared and analyzed in terms of recovery rate, recovery purity and operation process. It provides a reference for the future development of NdFeB permanent magnet waste recycling technology.
