摘要
介绍典型气体SO_(3)膜式磺化工艺,分析各种物料危险特点,计算评估硫磺燃烧、三氧化硫转化、磺化反应热风险,理论分析多管降膜式磺化反应器的本质安全机理。利用精细化工工艺危险性的评估方法,实际测试伯醇磺化反应工程的反应分解热、绝热温升、失控体系最大反应速率到达时间、技术最高温度和TD24数据,评估当前伯醇膜式气体SO_(3)磺化工艺的危险度。
This paper introduces the typical SO_(3) membrane sulfonation process, analyzes the dangerous characteristics of various materials, calculates and evaluates the hot air risk of sulfur combustion, sulfur trioxide conversion and sulfonation reaction, and theoretically analyzes the intrinsic safety mechanism of multi tube falling film sulfonation reactor. Using the risk assessment method of fine chemical process, the reaction decomposition heat, adiabatic temperature rise,maximum reaction rate arrival time of runaway system, technical maximum temperature and td24 data of primary alcohol sulfonation reaction project are actually tested to evaluate the risk of current primary alcohol membrane gas SO_(3) sulfonation process.
