摘要
湿法冶炼过程中采用氢氧化钙处理高氟硫酸钠废水,产生的除氟钙渣由于副反应生成硫酸钙、硫酸钠夹带以及未反应的氢氧化钙导致氟化钙含量低。如何降低除氟钙渣量及提高氟化钙含量成了固废处理企业及生产企业的难题。对湿法冶炼过程中氟化钙渣的资源化,采用化学法对其进行提纯,制得了纯度较高的氟化钙渣;XRD检测结果表明,经过转化后钙渣中已基本都为氟化钙。
In the hydrometallurgical process, high fluorine sodium sulfate wastewater is treated by calcium dihydroxide, and the calcium fluoride slag produced is low in calcium fluoride content due to the side reaction of calcium sulfate, entrainment of sodium sulfate and unreacted calcium dihydroxide. How to reduce the amount of calcium fluoride residue and increase the content of calcium fluoride has become a difficult problem for solid waste treatment and production enterprises.In order to recycle calcium fluoride slag in hydrometallurgy process, it was purified by chemical method to prepare calcium fluoride slag with high purity;XRD results show that calcium fluoride is basically in the calcium slag after conversion.
