金陵石化二水源排泥水回收工程实例

摘要 本文主要讲述金陵石化二水源沉淀池排泥水进行处理回收工艺过程,采用高效浓缩池、板框压滤机脱水工艺对排泥水进行处理,项目实施后,该套系统运行稳定,确保出水悬浮物含量≤40 mg/L,泥饼含固率≥40%,达到回用循环水场的使用条件,及减少污泥外运的费用。通过该项目,一方面保护了环境,树立了企业良好的公众形象和绿色形象,又满足了地方环保部门的要求。 This paper mainly describes the treatment and recovery process of the sludge water discharged from a petrochemical secondary water source sedimentation tank. The dehydration process of the high-efficiency concentration tank plate and frame filter press is used to treat the sludge water. After the implementation of the project, the system runs stably, ensuring the suspended matter content of the effluent is 40% and the solid content of the mud cake Through this project, on the one hand, the enterprise protects the environment, establishes a good public image and green image of the enterprise, and meets the requirements of the local environmental protection department.
