摘要
在生物质热转化过程中,加入不同成分的添加剂可以抑制碱金属K的析出,从而缓解由K引发的受热面积灰、结渣和腐蚀等问题。本文选取Al_(2)O_(3)、CaO、MgO、粉煤灰和炉渣作为添加剂,利用固定床实验系统研究了玉米秆气化过程中添加剂对K的固留特性。实验结果表明:温度是影响K析出的主要因素;不同添加剂对K的固留效果差异较大,MgO和CaO的固留效果最好,粉煤灰和炉渣次之,Al_(2)O_(3)的固留效果相对较差;对添加剂的经济性分析结果表明,CaO和MgO更适合作为玉米秆气化的添加剂。
Duringthermal conversion process of biomass,adding different additives can inhibit precipitation of alkali metal K,thereby alleviating the problemscaused by K,such as ashdeposition,slagging and corrosion onheating surface.By selecting Al_(2)O_(3),CaO,MgO,fly ash and slag as additives,the retention characteristics of K when adding different additives during the corn stalk gasification process were studied on afixed bed experimental system.The experimental results showedthat,temperature was the main factor affecting the precipitation of K.The retention effects of different additives on K were quite different,MgO and CaO hadthe best retention effect,followed by fly ash and slag,and Al_(2)O_(3) hadrelativelypoorretention effect.The economic analysis results of the additives show that,CaO and MgO are more suitable as additives for corn stalkgasification.
