模块化递进式药学技能训练与评价平台建设探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的提高药学专业学生的药学技能。方法基于近年来药学人才规格需求的变化和应用技术大学建设的要求,在“以学为中心,产出为导向,注重形成性评价”的设计理念下,建设“模块化、递进式”药学技能训练与评价平台,并进行实际教学评价。结果共纳入98名2019级药学专业学生,自评技能掌握程度达98%,对教学方式的满意度达100%;综合测试中,学生的书面测试平均分为165分(满分250分),技术测试通过率达100%,RSD为31.42%,用人单位对学生的满意率达97%;教师助研参与人数达10%,大学生创新创业(简称“大创”)项目参与人数达50%,国家级大创和省级大创项目占总大创项目的1/3,结项优良率达100%。结论通过“模块化、递进式”药学技能训练与评价平台的建设,药学专业学生的药学技能与创新能力有所提升,使学生的技能与用人单位的需求更加匹配,有助于药学技能人才的培养。 Objective To improve the pharmaceutical skills of pharmaceutical students.Methods Based on the changes in the requirements of pharmaceutical talents and the construction of applied technology university in recent years,a"modular and progressive"pharmaceutical skills training and evaluation platform was constructed according to the teaching concept of"self-learning as the center,outcome as the guide and focusing on formative evaluation",and the actual teaching evaluation was carried out.Results A total of 98 pharmaceutical students in Grade 2019 were included.The mastery of self-assessment skills was 98%and the satisfaction with teaching methods was 100%.In the comprehensive test,the average score of students'written test was 165 points(the full mark was 250 points),the passing rate of skill test was 100%with an RSD of 31.42%,and the satisfaction rate of employers to students was 97%.Precisely 10%of students participated in research assistants of teachers and 50%of students participated in college student innovative training projects.National and provincial innovative training projects accounted for 1/3 of the total number,and the excellent and good rate was 100%.Conclusion Through the construction of a"modular and progressive"pharmaceutical skill training and evaluation platform,the pharmaceutical skills and innovation ability of pharmaceutical students have been greatly improved,which makes the students'skills better match the needs of employers,and is conducive to the cultivation of pharmaceutical skilled talents.
