光学相干断层成像设备性能检测用模拟眼的设计与验证

摘要 目的为测量光学相干断层成像(OCT)设备的检测性能提供参考。方法结合OCT设备国际标准设计模拟眼,并通过临床OCT设备验证该模拟眼用于规范测量的可行性。结果成功设计具有与正常人类视网膜类似的体积形态、散射特性和吸收特性的简洁模拟眼,并验证其用于测量OCT设备的横向分辨率、轴向分辨率、视场角、信噪比、成像深度及眼底图像和OCT扫描图像匹配等6种关键指标。结论目前市场上尚无模拟眼球的仿体可用于检测OCT设备的关键指标。制造商可结合产品特点,选择该模拟眼作为产品研发和日常质量控制。但要用作第三方检测,尚需提供更多验证数据支持。 Objective To provide a reference for measuring the performance detection of optical coherence tomography(OCT)equipment.Methods The simulated eye was designed according to the international standard of OCT equipment,and the feasibility of the simulated eye for standardized measurement was verified by clinical OCT equipment.Results A simple simulated eye with similar volume morphology,scattering characteristics and absorption characteristics as normal human retina was successfully designed,and it was verified that it could be used to measure six key indexes of OCT equipment,such as transverse resolution,axial resolution,field angle,signal-to-noise ratio,imaging depth and matching between fundus image and OCT scanning image.Conclusion At present,there is no imitation of the eyeball in the market,which can be used to measure the key indexes of OCT equipment.The manufacturer can select the analog eye for product research and development and daily quality control in combination with product characteristics.However,more verification data need to be provided before being used as a third-party test.
