福建省跨境电商物流通道演化发展的影响要素研究

On Influencing Factors of Evolution of Cross-border E-commerce Logistics Channels in Fujian Province

福建作为一带一路的重要节点城市,在跨境电子商务如火如荼发展之际,其跨境电商物流通道的形成和演化受到内外环境等各种因素的影响,各个因素彼此作用相互影响共同推动其物流通道的演化。基于福建省跨境电商及其物流的现状,根据跨境电商物流通道系统的构成,明晰了福建省跨境电商物流通道动力机制系统,区分了内生动力和外生动力影响因素,并利用灰色关联法进行实证分析以识别其影响大小。研究发现以载货汽车数、铁路里程、公路里程、光缆线长度等指标为代表的内生动力影响显著、强弱有别,而物流通道外生动力按作用大小排序依次为消费水平、经济发展水平和产业结构。

As an important city along the routes of the Belt and Road Initiative,Fujian has seen its cross-border e-commerce developing rapidly.Its logistics channels of the cross-border e-commerce are affected by various factors from both the internal and external environments.These factors interact with each other to jointly promote the formation and evolution of the channels.Based on Fujian’s current situation of cross-border e-commerce and its logistics,and the constitution of the logistics channel system,this paper clarifies the dynamic mechanism of these logistics channels,distinguishes their influencing factors from endogenous power and exogenous power,and measure the influence with grey correlation method.The study finds that the factors from endogenous power,such as the number of trucks,railway mileage,highway mileage,optical cable length,have very different influence in the significance and intensity.The factors from exogenous power that affect logistics channel are consumption level,economic development level and industrial structure,ranked according to their effect size.
