高职院校成绩管理工作中的问题与对策研究——以吉林工业职业技术学院为例

Research on Problems and Countermeasures of the Achievement in Higher Vocational Colleges——A Case Study of Jilin Vocational College of Industry and Technology

成绩管理工作,是高职院校教务工作的重要组成部分。以吉林工业职业技术学院为例,结合多年成绩管理工作的实际经验,首先归纳了成绩管理工作的复杂性、时效性和指导性等特点,然后就存在着的成绩评定缺乏客观性、成绩打印系统功能单一与教学管理软件应用能力不足等问题,提出了利用信息化手段强化过程考核、优化成绩管理软件系统功能、建立健全成绩管理体系等相应的解决对策。

Achievement management is an important part of educational administration in higher vocational colleges.Taking Jilin Vocational College of Industry and Technology as an example,based on years of practical experience in performance management,firstly the complexity,timeliness and guidance of performance management are summarized.Then this paper discusses the problems of evaluation of grades lacks objectivity,single function of grade printing system and insufficient application ability of teaching management software.This paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures,such as using information means to strengthen process assessment,optimizing the function of score management software system,establishing and perfecting score management system.
