摘要
介绍了干法制酸装置开车过程中转化工序需要重点把控的注意事项、稳定提产及提高转化率的难点。详细分析了调节阀组与转化器升温调节的逻辑关系、风量和烟气SO_(2)浓度对转化温度的影响、设备管道保温对反应自热平衡的影响,提出了保证总转化率达标的工艺措施。
The matters needing attention in the key control of the conversion process during the start-up of the device for dry acid production, and the difficulties in stabilizing the production and improving the conversion rate are introduced. The logical relationship between regulating valve group and converter temperature rise regulation, the influence of air volume and flue gas SO_(2)concentration on conversion temperature, and the influence of equipment pipeline insulation on reaction self heat balance are analyzed in detail. The process measures to ensure that the total conversion rate meets the standard are put forward.
