摘要
依据络合铁脱硫工艺生产控制的主要工艺参数,分析了脱硫系统的反应温度、碱量、气液体积比、再生空气量等因素对脱硫效率和脱硫剂消耗的影响,同时采用正交分析的方法,将各控制因素进行组合,确定了最优的运行控制方案。试验结果表明,当反应温度为40℃、碱量(ρ)为25 g/L、气液体积比为10、φ(O_(2))/φ(H_(2)S)的值为6时,脱硫效果最佳。
According to the main process parameters of production control of complex iron desulfurization process, the effects of reaction temperature, alkali content, gas-liquid volume ratio and regeneration air volume of desulfurization system on desulfurization efficiency and desulfurizer consumption are analyzed. At the same time, the optimal operation control scheme is determined by combining the control factors by using the method of orthogonal analysis. The test results show that the desulfurization effect is the best when the reaction temperature is 40 ℃, the amount of alkali is 25 g/L, the ratio of gas-liquid volume is 10, and the value of φ(O_(2))/φ(H_(2)S) is 6.
