摘要
介绍了江西铜业集团贵溪冶炼厂硫酸车间废酸系统的改造情况。针对废酸系统酸度波动大、废酸处理能力不足、硫化氢利用率低、废水含盐量高等问题,通过新增1套硫化反应设备、用氢氧化钠吸收硫化氢、将硫化剂由硫化钠改为硫氢化钠等措施使问题得以解决。改造后,装置运行平稳,硫氢化钠利用率达到了86.46%,处理废酸硫氢化钠单耗由6.96 kg/t下降至4.2 kg/t。
The transformation of waste acid system in sulphuric acid workshop of Guixi Smelter of Jiangxi Copper Group was introduced. In view of the problems of large fluctuation of acidity of waste acid system, insufficient treatment capacity of waste acid,low utilization rate of hydrogen sulfide and high salt content of waste water, the problems were solved by adding a set of sulfurization reaction equipment, absorbing hydrogen sulfide with sodium hydroxide, and changing the sulfurization agent from sodium sulfide to sodium hydrogen sulfide. After modification, the unit runs smoothly, the utilization rate of sodium hydride reaches 86.46%, and the unit consumption of sodium hydride decreases from 6.96 kg/t to 4.2 kg/t.
