摘要
介绍了某公司采用氧化锌全氧化法处理回转窑烟气的脱硫液对湿法炼锌系统酸锌平衡的影响,提出了维持湿法炼锌系统酸锌平衡的措施。通过对近几年湿法炼锌系统进酸与耗酸的统计和分析,评估了氧化锌全氧化法脱硫液对湿法炼锌系统酸锌平衡的影响,并从改进工艺操作条件、增设硫酸锌溶液储槽、改变回转窑烟气脱硫工艺等方面提出了短期和长期技改措施,供同行借鉴。
The influences of the desulfurization solution of rotary kiln flue gas treated by zinc oxide total oxidation method on the acid and zinc balance of zinc hydrometallurgy system are introduced, and the measures to maintain the acid and zinc balance of zinc hydrometallurgy system are put forward. Based on the statistics and analysis of acid inlet and acid consumption of zinc hydrometallurgy system in recent years, the influence of zinc oxide total oxidation desulfurization solution on acid and zinc balance of zinc hydrometallurgy system is evaluated, and short-term and long-term technical transformation measures are put forward from the aspects of improving process operation conditions, adding zinc sulfate solution storage tank and changing rotary kiln flue gas desulfurization process, which can be used for reference by peers.
