摘要
介绍了离子交换+旋流电积污酸资源化利用新工艺的流程、工艺条件及应用效果。离子交换+旋流电积污酸处理工艺,在利用污酸酸度的基础上处理白烟灰,采用离子交换有效除去F和Cl,电积除去As和Cd等有害杂质,白烟灰中Zn的浸出率达到91.42%,污酸和白烟灰中As的去除率达到99.1%,Zn的回收率达到85.9%,除去F、Cl后的污酸达到了制酸净化工艺的回用要求。该工艺实现了有价金属的回收和污酸再利用,能够避免现有工艺产生石膏渣废弃物的弊端,有效解决了有色金属冶炼厂污酸和白烟灰的资源化问题。
The process flow, process conditions and application effect of the new process of ion exchange + cyclone electrowinning waste acid resource utilization are introduced. The treatment process of ion exchange + cyclone electrowinning waste acid is to treat white smoke ash on the basis of using the acidity of waste acid, effectively remove F and Cl by ion exchange, and remove harmful impurities such as As and Cd by electrowinning. The leaching rate of Zn in white smoke ash can reach 91.42%, the removal rate of As in waste acid and white smoke ash can reach 99.1%, the recovery rate of Zn can reach 85.9%, and waste acid after removing F and Cl meets the reuse requirements of acid making purification process. The process realizes the recovery of valuable metals and the reuse of waste acid, avoids the disadvantages of gypsum slag waste produced by the existing process, and effectively solves the resource problem of waste acid and white smoke ash in non-ferrous metal smelters.
