留学生志愿者参与文化沙龙构建与实证研究——以山西医科大学图书馆为例

Empirical Study of Foreign Students Participating in Culture Salon Construction——Case Study of Shanxi Medical University Library

在长期的阅读推广活动实践中,山西医科大学图书馆摸索出一种“文化沙龙”平台,从而将阅读推广活动与留学生志愿者参与的英语角活动彼此有机地融合起来。本文阐述了该文化沙龙活动的系统组成架构,详细分析了整体的活动流程内容,分析提取出在“沉浸式”语言环境模式下,中外学生能够积极、长期参与活动的三大成功因素,其中,“科学设立活动主题”是三大成功因素中最为重要的,并同步进行了实证研究。

In the practice of reading promotion activities for a long time,Shanxi Medical University library has found a Culture Salon platform,which organically integrates reading promotion activities with English corner activities participated by overseas students volunteers.This paper expounds the system architecture of the Culture Salon,and analyzes the whole activity process content in detail.It extractes 3 factors within the mode of the“Immersion Language Environment”in which Chinese and foreign students can participate activities for a long term.Among them,“Setting up the Activity Theme Scientifically”is the most important factor,and synchronous empirical study is made.
