摘要 随着时代发展,转录组测序(RNA-sequencing,RNA-seq)技术逐渐广泛应用于医学、动植物学等领域,通过高通量测序平台,对一个生物体中全部的RNA进行测序分析,获得高通量转录组数据,可揭示物种基因表达的规律及差异。癫痫是一种多病因脑部疾病,发病机制尚未明确,RNA-seq技术对癫痫诊治及新药研发有重要价值,将在癫痫发病机制的研究中发挥重要作用。 With the development of the times,RNA-sequencing is gradually applied to a wide range of fields,such as medicine,animals and plants.Through high-throughput sequencing platform,all RNAs in an organism are sequenced and analyzed,and high-throughput transcriptome data is obtained to reveal the laws and differences of gene expression in species.Epilepsy is a multi-pathogenic brain disease,and its pathogenesis has not yet been clarified.RNA-sequencing can play an important role in the study of the pathogenesis of epilepsy.The application of this technology has important value for the diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy and the development of new drugs.
