With the development of the times,RNA-sequencing is gradually applied to a wide range of fields,such as medicine,animals and plants.Through high-throughput sequencing platform,all RNAs in an organism are sequenced and analyzed,and high-throughput transcriptome data is obtained to reveal the laws and differences of gene expression in species.Epilepsy is a multi-pathogenic brain disease,and its pathogenesis has not yet been clarified.RNA-sequencing can play an important role in the study of the pathogenesis of epilepsy.The application of this technology has important value for the diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy and the development of new drugs.
