摘要
主要深入分析了循环苯量、烷基化反应器催化剂活性、循环苯加热炉负荷、热载体加热炉热效率及其他因素等五个方面对乙苯装置提高干气量的影响。结果表明:(1)在相同的苯烯比下,干气加工量每提高1000 Nm;/h,循环苯量需要提高2.5~3.1 t/h,且实际进入反应器R101的循环苯最大量为72t/h。(2)烷基化反应器催化剂活性对提高干气量的影响十分明显,需要持续保证催化剂的高活性。(3)床层入口温度提高10℃,F102炉膛温度需要提高20℃左右,需要提高F102的负荷。(4)需要提高热载体加热炉的热效率,减少对提高干气加工量的影响。(5)需加强原料干气性质的稳定,增加T101顶出干气脱液装置,加强加热炉的平稳,提高干气量。
It mainly analyzes the influence of five aspects including circulating benzene content,alkylation reactor catalyst activity,circulating benzene heating furnace load,heat carrier heating furnace thermal efficiency and other factors on the increase of dry gas volume of ethylbenzene plant.the result shows:(1)Under the same benzene-to-ene ratio,for each increase of 1000 Nm;/h of dry gas processing capacity,the amount of circulating benzene needs to be increased by 2.5~3.1 t/h,and the maximum amount of circulating benzene that actually enters the reactor R101 is 72 t/h.(2)The catalyst activity of the alkylation reactor has a very obvious influence on the increase of the dry gas volume,and it is necessary to continuously ensure the high activity of the catalyst.(3)The bed inlet temperature is increased by 10℃,and the furnace temperature of F102 needs to be increased by about 20℃,and the load of F102 needs to be increased.(4)It is necessary to improve the thermal efficiency of the heat carrier heating furnace and reduce the influence on the increase of the dry gas processing capacity.(5)It is necessary to strengthen the stability of the dry gas properties of the raw materials,increase the T101 ejector dry gas deliquid device,strengthen the stability of the heating furnace,and increase the dry gas volume.
