摘要
本文探究白芷、赤小豆、丁香、白扁豆、薏苡仁和决明子六种中药材在不同乙醇浓度中的浸出行为。六种中药材分别采用15%、55%和95%乙醇浓度进行室温浸渍提取,每两日取样一次,采用紫外分光光度法进行测定和分析。结果表明,白芷采用95%乙醇浸提、赤小豆采用15%乙醇浸提、丁香采用15%乙醇浸提、薏苡仁采用15%乙醇浸提、决明子采用55%乙醇浸提达到12天以上,白扁豆采用15%乙醇浸提10天以上,浸提效果较好。六种中药材浸提12天以上,可以保证有效成分被浸提。本文结果可为药酒制作和规范药酒生产提供参考。
The leaching behavior of Angelica dahurica, red bean, clove, dolichos lablab, coix seed and cassia seed is studied in different ethanol concentrations. Six Chinese medicinal materials are extracted with 15 %, 55 % and 95 % ethanol at room temperature. The leaching solutions were taken every two days and determined and analyzed by UV. The results showed that most of the effective components are extracted in the extracts of Angelica dahurica with 95 % ethanol, adzuki bean with 15 % ethanol, clove with 15 % ethanol, coix seed with 15 % ethanol, cassia seed with 55 % ethanol for more than 12 days, and white lentil with 15 % ethanol for more than 10 days are. The effective components of six Chinese medicinal materials are extracted mostly for more than 12 days. The results of this study can provide a reference for the production and standardization of medicinal wine industry.
