极耳连接电阻对叠片锂离子电池性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 本文制备了软包叠片锂离子电池,并在电池的极耳上焊接延长极耳B,模拟和研究电池极耳与电子设备之间的连接电阻。通过等效电路分析了极耳连接电阻对叠片结构锂离子电池充放电的影响,并对不同极耳连接电阻的叠片锂离子电池进行充放电倍率测试和循环测试。结果显示,极耳连接电阻增大会造成叠片锂离子电池充电和放电不充分,从而降低电池的充放电效率,并随着电池充放电倍率的增加其影响越显著。同时,极耳连接电阻也会降低电池在循环过程中的容量保持率。 In this paper, stacking lithium-ion battery with welded and extended tab B was prepared to simulate and study the connecting resistance between cell tab-lead and electronic device. And the effect of tab-lead resistance on charging and discharging were analyzed by using equivalent circuit, and cells with different tab-lead resistances were tested on charge rate, discharge rate and cycling. The results show that the tab-lead with higher resistance caused insufficient charging and discharging, which both reduced the charging efficiency and discharging efficiency, and the impact of tab-lead resistance was more significant with the increase of charge rate or discharge rate. Moreover, the tab-lead resistance lowered the capacity retention during the cycling as well.
