吲哚丁酸核壳结构磁性分子印迹聚合物的制备及其应用研究

摘要 吲哚丁酸是一种优异的人工合成的植物生长素,因其对人体健康具有一定的危害,需对其在农产品中的残留进行严格监控。本文建立了一种制备具有磁响应性的吲哚丁酸核壳结构磁性分子印迹聚合物(IBA-MMIPs)的新方法。通过SEM、TEM及FT-IR对所制备的IBA-MMIPs进行结构表征。采用该印迹聚合物对真实样本梨中的IBA进行吸附回收,其回收率在49.33%~66.89%,相对标准偏差小于4.56%。 Indolebutyric acid is an excellent synthetic auxin. Because of its harmful effects on human health, its residues in agricultural products should be strictly monitored. A novel method for the preparation of magnetic imprinted polymer(IBA-MMIPs) with magnetically responsive core-shell structure has been developed. The structure of the prepared IBA-MMIPs was characterized by SEM TEM and FT-IR. The imprinted polymer was used to adsorb and recover IBA from the real pear samples. The recovery rate was 49.33 %~66.89 %, and the relative standard deviation was less than 4.56 %.
