D870B除硼树脂用于水中除硼应用研究

摘要 随着硼工业的发展及人民对水中硼污染问题的重视,水中硼的去除越来越引起人们的广泛关注,离子交换法是用于水中深度除硼的有效方法,研究D870B除硼树脂对水硼的吸附特性,考察硼酸浓度、溶液pH、运行流速、树脂颗粒大小、含盐量、温度等因素对D870B除硼树脂吸附硼效果的影响。通过模拟应用试验,研究发现,D870B对溶液中的硼酸具有优良的选择性吸附能力,各运行条件因素对除硼树脂吸附硼酸影响不同,硼酸浓度、运行流速、树脂颗粒大小影响较大,溶液pH值、溶液含盐量、运行温度影响较小。在实际使用中,调整合适的运行条件,可使除硼树脂运行达到最佳效果。 With the development of boron industry and people’s attention to the problem of boron pollution in water, the boron removal has attracted more and more attention. The ion exchange method is an effective one for the deep removal of boron in water. So, the effects of boric acid concentration, PH, flow rate, resin’s particle size range, salt contents, temperature and other factors on boron adsorption of D870B were investigated. Through the simulation application test, the study found that D870B has excellent selective adsorption capacity of boric acid solution, the operation conditions of different factors on the adsorption of D870B, boric acid concentration, running flow rate and resin’s particle size range have a greater impact. pH, salt contents and temperature have a smaller impact. Those conditions can be adjusted to make the boron removal resin run to achieve the best effect.
